LAW 778 - Regulated IndustriesCredits, 2 sem. hrs.This course will survey regulated industries and activities to examine the regulatory framework under which they operate and will study how governing regulations are formulated and administered. The regulated industries that will be examined may include insurance, gaming, healthcare, banking & finance, corporations & securities, and various regulated professions.
